Self Esteem has the word SELF in it but our outside experiences can affect how we feel and think about our-selves. What others may think or say about us can cause us to have low self esteem.

♥ Forgive yourself for whatever you’ve done. You are not the same person you were years ago. You can not re-do what has already been done. Honestly, if you feel bad about anything you’ve done, you acknowledge that it doesn’t align morally with you now.
♥Accept yourself for who you are. Anything that you cannot change…… accept it. Don’t compare yourself to anyone. No ONE IS BETTER WE ARE ALL JUST DIFFERENT.
♥Tackle negative beliefs about yourself. I love affirmations. I use them everyday! Remember, negative thoughts trigger negative feelings. Every negative thought replace it with a positive thought. Make this a routine… do this for EVERY SINGLE NEGATIVE thought.
♥Make a list of your positive attributes. Read them daily. Yes, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY 🙂
