Cleanin’ out your MIND, BODY and SPIRIT

 

MIND:

Write thoughts in a journal

Create a vision board

Hang out with a loved one

Do something nice for some one

Read a book

 

BODY:

Eat healthy 

Drink MORE water.

Take a walk. Not only is it exercising but it also helps you clear your mind

OR go for a run

Eat more fruits and Vegetables

Read labels PLEASE

Don’t eat after 7pm

Healthy Snacks throughout the day

 

SPIRIT:

MEDITATE

Get rid of the energy that drains you and fill yourself with energy that nourishes you.

Create a spiritual place in your house or bedroom. This spiritual place is where you’ll sit or lay in silence and scan your  body.
