Do yourself a favor by neglecting negative vibes that tries to enter your life. STOP ignoring your feelings, emotions and intuition. If it doesn’t feel right it’s not right. We need to trust and value our intuition. If a person gives you a “funny” feeling listen to yourself. If you’re feeling drained after being around a certain group of people, leaving work or school….. Check yourself. Reposition your energy and kick in those coping skills.
On social media…. Do yourself a favor by BLOCKING, UNFOLLOWING, AND/OR MUTING any content that makes you feel a uncomfortable, unhappy or doesn’t bring you joy. You ever had that one person on Facebook that continues to makes confrontational status’, but you don’t want to unfriend them because they may get angry? You can SNOOZE this person.
If a man wants you he will show you. Please stop ignoring your feelings (again)…. IF you have a boyfriend that makes you feel unappreciated, insecure, unhappy, etc. It’s okay to leave. A lot of times we ignore warning signs and stay with people for way too long who have already shown us who they are and what we mean to them. In the END we are hurt because we’ve ignored the signs and often lied to ourselves. Please STOP. It’s time to do yourself a favor: STOP DATING THE POTENTIIAL AND BE HONEST ABOUT THE REALITY.
Realize that you are you. You are different, you are one of a kind and only change if you see fit. Not everyone will like you, gravitate towards you or understand you…. And that is OKAY!
Value, appreciate the people in your life and the things you do have. Everyone is battling their own tribulations in life and if you have people who make time for you value them. SHOW THEM you value them.
Be honest with yourself, to yourself. Self reflection is important and you don’t have to share everything with everyone. You can be honest about traits that you would like to fix with yourself and seek out to fix them. You know yourself better than anyone else.
